BUCATINI AMATRICIANA

Ingredients

  • 320 g Bucatini Agnesi
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 50g of bacon
  • 200g of peeled tomatoes
  • black pepper
  • salt

Proceedings

Brown the onion in hot oil. Upon reaching the optimal cooking add the tomato and bacon and reduce the mixture to 1/3 volume. Add salt, plenty of black pepper and season the pasta with the sauce.
