Recipes

The synergy between Agnesi and UNISG led to the creation of recipes of the Italian tradition, interpreted with a search for quality in the materials and of in the execution.
The recipes of the University of Gastronomic Sciences connects the experience and expertise of Agnesi pasta to their principles in order to give food its right value: good and healthy for everyone.
The recipes in this section are simple, developed to experience firsthand the kitchen feel, creating tasty and quality dishes, that do not require the skills of a great chef, but they bring people close to Italian cuisine.
