SPAGHETTI RIGATI WITH GARLIC, OIL AND PEPPER

Ingredients

  • 320 g Spaghetti rigati Agnesi
  • 4 cloves of pink garlic
  • 1 pinch dried crushed red pepper
  • e.v.o. oil
  • salt
  • breadcrumbs

Proceedings

Finely chop the garlic and cook in abundant oil adding a chili and “al dente” cooked Spaghetti rigati. Stir in a little cooking water from the pasta and garnish with breadcrumbs salted in little oil.
