Ingredients

  • 320 g Eliche Agnesi
  • 2 bunches of basil
  • 100 g of Italian pine nuts
  • oil e.v.o.
  • 1/2 head of garlic
  • 100 g of pecorino
  • 50 g parmesan 16 months
  • salt

Proceedings

Create a blend with all ingredients except the pasta using a mortar. Add the ingredients in this order: garlic, salt, olive oil, basil, cheese. Season the pasta with the pesto thus obtained.
