MEZZE MANICHE WITH SQUID RAGÙ

Ingredients

  • 320 g Mezze Maniche Agnesi
  • 200 g of cleaned cuttlefish
  • blonde oil 1/2 onion
  • wine
  • sage
  • rosemary
  • pepper
  • lemon zest

Proceedings

Brown the finely chopped onion in oil, add the finely chopped cuttlefish and deglaze with the wine (N.B: cuttlefish should cook just 10 seconds). Season the pasta and stir in raw oil, pepper, sage, rosemary and lemon zest.
